Photography plays an important role in the Grażyna Kulczyk Collection. However, this is unique, artistic photography of avant-garde provenance. Staging, manipulation, analogue photomontage and digital print processing technologies are dominant among the works gathe- red in the exhibition. Out of them all, the speaker chose two examples of self-portraits, by Zofia Kulik and Maciej Osika, and interpreted them with references to the already classical theories of Benjamin Buchloh.
