Vita Zaman is a Lithuanian-born artist, curator, gallerist and a colorful figure in the international art world, which she, along with the rest of the ViennaFair team, regularly describes on The New Contemporary blog. At the November Art in Practice event, she talked about her career, curatorial activities and her journey through the meanders of the art market – from her first independent project in London, to working with a gallery giant to carving out one of the most important art fairs in Europe.
