Rafał Jakubowicz is going to present in Stary Browar the works that won him Arteon Award 2007.

Jerzy Hanusek, Piotr C. Kowalski, Jarosław Kozakiewicz and Jarosław Suchan claimed all of them as “original, fresh and innovative” – works from Jakubowski’s individual exhibition titled “Ti tabu dibu daj”, presented in September 2007 in the Atlas Sztuki Gallery/ Łódź, and the piece presented in the collective exhibition of the artists nominated to the Deutsche Bank Foundation’s Award for young Polish artists “Spojrzenia 2007” in Zachęta Gallery/ Warsaw.

The Poznan audience will have a chance to see the works shown in the former exhibition “Ti tabu dibu daj”. As it was pointed out by the Arteon Award jury, they are manifestations of Jakubowicz’s artistic maturity and his unique language of expression. Jakubowicz’s works are creative interpretations of minimal and conceptual art tradition. His personal artistic credo is contained in the maxim: “less is more”.
