Melba is Warsaw based impro-collective established by Ilona Trybuła in 2008. The group consists of dancers, choreographers and musicians who are following their individual artistic paths and get together on stage only for improvisation evenings. The excitement and aim is then a confrontation with the unknown and fascination with a surprise and unpredicted. Real time compositions/cre- ations of Melba invite audience to share élan vital and spontaneity on top of reflection on ever changing reality. Each Melba’s appearance onstage is different in experiences, reactions towards each other, time, music, space.
