They are childish, they are wise, they are also sometimes a little bit embarrassing, but most of the time, they are honest and courageous. They often know better than the others, as they can rely on their own experience. Men around their 50’s. The American Jess Curtis and the Scot Angus Balbernie meet each other in order to dance, to fantasize, to keep harping on their aging bodies, on the little aches and pains starting to show, on their unused talents, wishes and hopes not yet fulfilled. They play their unusual inventory of the generation in their 50’s in an open and unconventional manner.

“Curtis and Balbernie give the audience the opportunity to experience the fascination of the male body without undressing, just with their compact presence. They dance, carry each other, carefully, very msaculine in their disposition to accept this heavy body. They can wait; they have a target, without the wish to express it. They still have questions, but they don’t have anymore answers. Life is too complicated to articulate its sense in a few words. A beautiful production, rich of experience…”
