The exhibition was the first display on such a large scale of works from the collection of Joanna and Krzysztof Madelski in Poznań. The exhibition presented a wide selection of classics of 20th century Polish photography as well as standard examples of Polish feminist art. Organised with the assistance of the Art Stations Foundation by Grażyna Kulczyk as well as Galeria Ego, the show was special occasion to see classic photographic works, such as those by Paweł Pierściński, or Jerzy Lewczyński, alongside icons of Polish feminism and gender art, like Elżbieta Jabłońska, Natalia LL, Dorota Nieznalska or Katarzyna Górna. The Madelski collection is not only photographs, but also video: among others, Agnieszka Polska, Marta Deskur and also (only sparsely represented) painting (Stanisław Fijałkowski) and sculpture (Marek Chlanda).
