Roland Rauschmeier, born in 1974 in Augsburg, Germany. Following his studies of analytical philosophy at Munich University and the Freie Universität Berlin he attended Renée Green’s class for Conceptual Art at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. He has been working as a freelance artist in Vienna since his graduation in 2005. His artistic work is focusing on painting, sculpture and new medias. Rauschmeier collaborats with the French choreographer Anne Juren and the artist Ulu Braun under the pseudonym BitteBitteJaJa. He is represented by the gallery Olaf Stüber/Berlin.
