Martyna Lorenc is a movement artist and researcher born in Poznań (Poland). Completed MSc. studies in cognitive science at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and BA studies in contemporary dance and pedagogy at Anton Bruckner University in Linz. As a dance performer she’s collaborated with artists such as Alexander Gottfarb, Alexandra Waierstall, Rosalind Crisp, Rose Breuss, Johannes Randolf, Editta Braun, David Zambrano, Georg Blaschke and others. Simultaneously, Martyna has been creating own works in the field of choreography and performance (latest work Garden of desires), mixing and custom shaping formats (as gallery performances, video art, sensory/imaginary club sessions). Since 2018 she is a member of Lab On Stage art collective.
