Anna Godowska – dancer, choreographer, modern dance teacher. Her achievements include group choreographies and solo works, e.g. “On the way to Opus” realised within the framework of “Solo in dialog-Solo im dialog”, prepared for the opening of Choreographisches Zentrum NRW in Essen in 200. Resident of Centre National de la Danse in Paris, Centre Maison Folie in Belgium and Choreographisches Zentrum NRW in Essen, scholarship holder of Mobile Academy, Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Participant of the Theorem Residency Project and Interdisciplinary Dramaturgy Coaching in Zagreb.

Co-founder of Bretoncaffe Theatre, where as a choreographer and dancer she has realized twelve productions in nine years of activity (including choroegraphy and dance in the following performances: “Mirror”, “Slam.out”, “Slam.in”, “Topinambur”, “I, Agaue”, “dion.is.us”). As a choreographer she has collaborated and cooperated with artists from other fields of art, e.g. Katarzyna Kozyra (“Lord of dance”, “Il castrato”, “Chearliderka”), Anna Baumgart (“Work about Mother and the Homeland”), Marta Górnicka (Chorus of Women – “The Chorus speaks here”, “Magnificat”, “Requiemaszyn”), Kuba Czekaj (film “Ciemngo pokoju nie trzeba się bać”).

Since 2005, together with Sławomir Krawczyński, she has been carrying out a research and artistic project “Dance of a Dreaming Body”, inspired by Arnold Mindell’s methodology of Process Oriented Psychology.
