Agata Nowaczyk-Łokaj has a background in law, but her real passion in life is coaching in dance improvisation using the Living Dance Form methods. She is a member of Polskie Stowarzyszenie Choreoterapii – Polski Teatr Tańca w Poznaniu (Polish Choreotherapy Association – Polish Dance Theatre Poznań) and a teacher. She has experienced an extensive educational pathway encompassing several professional fields, in addition to personal development training based on a variety of workshop and therapeutic methods. Agata is an aficionado of using movement and dance methods to expand self-awareness, release energy, become familiar with one’s body and to build relationships with oneself and with other people. In the way she structures and delivers her classes for children, Agata is accompanied by a child’s perspective and an approach based on freedom of choice, mutual respect and an Adult-Child relationship. Her classes are inspired by a wide range of methods that contribute to her own original programme.
